Q: Can you use my photos taken with my own digital camera?
A: Your photographs should be taken with your camera set at the highest possible setting to create the largest files size. As a rule of thumb, cameras with a setting of 3 megapixels or higher will be sufficient for most all of our canvases. Now if this sounds like a foreign language to you, just remember that the larger the image, the bigger your canvas size with maximum clarity. Please be aware the final print quality is directly determined by the original source file. If there are any problems with your images, we will contact you and suggest another picture or different size.

Q: What size/type of image file do I need to supply?
A: We will need a JPEG or TIFF file.

Q: Can you use my old print photographs?
A: Print photos will need to be scanned and transformed into a digital format first. That being said, you may send it to us to scan or make arrangements to make a digital copy beforehand. We understand greatly the importance of original photographs and will handle them with paramount care. We strongly suggest making a duplicate of your image before sending it to us in the unlikely case it gets lost or damaged in transit.

Q: Do you offer photo enhancements or retouching?
A: We offer many additional effects to complete your custom canvas art. They include 3 different color hues (black and white, sepia and red), turning your canvas into an oil painting or replacing the background with 4 different designs. The painting effect cannot be combined with any other effect, although you can mix and match the others. So go ahead and replace your background with a checkered flag and render it in a red hue. Customize to your hearts content!
We provide retouching to you images on a per canvas basis. Depending on the severity of the damage, we can get a reasonable price quote to you promptly. We've retouched and restored many difficult images for our customers in the past and are assured you'll find your old photos new again. For photo retouching please tell us specifically what you would like done in the notes section in the order process.

Q: Can you design a print including multiple photos?
A: Yes, we can create breathtaking collages with as many photos as you would like. Prices start at $69 for a collage containing 3 photos. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to include more than one photo per print.

Q: Does it have to be a photo or can you print any digital imagery (logos, illustrations)?
A: As long as it is an adequate size and is a JPEG format it can be uploaded directly when ordering. Otherwise please contact us so we can view the files and determine compatibility.

Q: What is my image printed on?
A: All auto wall art is printed on an acid free 17mil canvas material and stretched over kiln dried wood stretcher bars.

Q: Does the canvas need to be framed?
A: The canvas print you receive does not require a frame but one could certainly be added if you choose. Our thin .75" canvas edge is best suited for framing. The 1.5" thick canvas cannot be framed and is designed to hang on the wall as is.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders usually ship within 3-4 business days. Custom orders (such as collage, restoration etc.) may require more time.

Q: Can you ship to someone as a gift?
A: Sure, just make sure you enter their name in the shipping information area during checkout. Please let us know in the note section upon checkout. We will not contact the recipient and no pricing or invoicing will be sent with the finished canvas art.

Q: Will the image wrap around the sides of the canvas?
A: By default, all canvas will receive a gallery wrap (in which the image wraps around the sides of the canvas). If there is not enough ample room for a gallery wrap, it will be the artist's discretion to use a black edge.
